Our office is open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 2pm, and we have two Arizona campuses to visit, Scottsdale on Shea Blvd and Cave Creek. Not sure which program your dog needs? Families visit us from across the Phoenix metro, including Paradise Valley, Anthem, Phoenix, Mesa, and Tempe, and some travel from out of state for our camp programs.

Barking, lunging, or growling?
If walks feel tense and guests feel like a risk, you are not stuck with it. Our behavior team works with reactive and aggressive dogs every week, including dogs other trainers turned away. Tell us what is happening and we will tell you honestly what we would do.
New puppy at home?
Start right and the next decade gets easier. Foundation Camp and our Pre-School Puppy classes build the calm habits, recall, and manners that make real life with your dog a pleasure.

Do I have to commit to anything to talk to you?
No. The call is free and pressure free. We listen to what is going on with your dog and tell you honestly whether, and how, we can help. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
Can I visit or tour a campus before enrolling?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome at both campuses during office hours, and you can book ahead for a focused tour of Scottsdale or Cave Creek. You will see the training areas, meet the team, and get your questions answered.
What happens on the free call?
A real trainer listens to what is happening at home, asks a few questions about your dog, and recommends the right program, timeline, and next step. It takes about 15 minutes and you decide from there.
