Pricing & Investment
What Dog Training Really Costs in Arizona
The honest math: a few weeks of professional training costs a fraction of living with an untrained dog for the next decade. Here's how our programs are priced, what's included, and how financing makes it manageable.
How much does dog training cost at Partners Dog School?
Group classes start at $65, DaySchool memberships at $199 a month, private lessons at $129, and board-and-train camps run $3,509 to $8,929. The $199 PD360 assessment that starts most plans is credited toward same-day camp enrollment. The right number depends on your dog, and every price below spells out exactly what it buys.

Find the Right Starting Point for Your Dog
- New puppy at home? Start with a PD360 assessment, $199 and credited toward same-day camp enrollment, or Pet Parenting classes beginning with Pre-School Puppy. Low pressure, honest direction on what your puppy actually needs. See PD360
- Busy week, dog with energy to burn? A DaySchool membership builds training into your normal routine at about $5 a trainer hour, and your dog comes home tired and better behaved. See DaySchool
- Living with reactivity, anxiety, or aggression? An immersive camp does the heavy lifting, Behavior Camp for reactivity and fear, Transform Camp for bite histories, then membership keeps it sticking. See Behavior Camp
THE HONEST MATH
What an Untrained Dog Really Costs
Behavior problems compound. Chewed furniture, lost pet deposits, canceled plans, and years of friction with a dog you love. Put the two numbers side by side and the decision gets simple.
- What waiting costs An untrained year can swallow a pet deposit, a couch, and most of your patience. Reactivity, bolting, and a recall you cannot trust put your dog at real risk, and the friction lasts a decade, not a season. Find What Your Dog Needs
- What training costs A full PD360 assessment is $199 and credited toward same-day camp enrollment. A few weeks of professional training buys back calm walks, easy guests, and a quiet house for years. Build Your Program
WHAT YOU ARE REALLY INVESTING IN
The Dog You Get to Live With
Underneath every price on this page is the same outcome: a dog you can relax around. Calm walks, easy guests, a partner instead of a project. That is what you are buying, and it lasts long after the last payment.
THE BEST VALUE WE OFFER
Memberships: Trainer Time at About $5 an Hour
A single DaySchool day is $65 (about $7 an hour). A membership drops that to roughly $5 an hour, adds 10 to 30% off everything else, and keeps your dog moving through our 8-level grade curriculum every week, with every behavior tracked in PD360 and synced across classes, camps, and daycare. WHY MEMBERS WIN
Where the Savings Actually Come From
$520 of training Premium includes 8 DaySchool days a month. At the $65 single-day rate, that is $520 of trainer time.
$399 a month The Premium price, with 20% off boarding, grooming, private lessons, and add-ons on top.
$1,452 back a year Use your days and membership returns about $1,452 a year compared to paying day by day.
THE SMART FIRST STEP
Start With a PD360 Assessment, $199
If you are not sure which path fits, start here. The PD360 is 4+ hours of expert evaluation with your dog plus an hour with you, and the $199 fee ($149 for a second dog) is credited toward same-day camp enrollment. You walk away with an honest, best-fit recommendation, no pressure to buy the biggest package.
It is required before Behavior Camp and Transform Camp, and it is the safest way to compare camp versus lessons versus a membership for your specific dog.
IMMERSIVE BOARD & TRAIN
Camps: A Full System, Not Just Boarding
Every camp is an immersive board-and-train in a private luxury suite, with weeks of follow-up DaySchool or DayCamp and group classes built in. That is why the all-in value runs well above the price. Open any card to see exactly where the money goes and how the per-hour value breaks down. A standard kennel option is available at our Cave Creek campus.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is board and train worth the money?
For most families, yes. A few weeks of structured training costs far less than years of damaged property, stressful walks, and a dog you cannot fully relax around. Every camp also bundles private family lessons, DaySchool or DayCamp reinforcement days, and weeks of group classes, so you are buying a full system, not just boarding.
How much is the PD360 assessment, and do I have to do it first?
The PD360 assessment is $199 for your first dog and $149 for a second, and it is credited toward same-day camp enrollment. It is 4+ hours with your dog plus an hour with you. It is required before Behavior Camp and Transform Camp, and it is the smartest first step any time you are unsure which path fits.
What makes a membership the best value?
Memberships drop your effective rate to about $5 per training hour, far below the $65 single-day rate, and Plus, Premium, and Platinum include 10%, 20%, and 30% off everything else. On top of the day savings, those tiered discounts add up: a Premium membership saves a typical family about $3,367 a year, and Platinum about $6,485, depending on how much you use each month.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Partners Dogs references financing options such as Coaching Financial, LendingUSA, and PayPal Credit in current program guides. Approval, rates, and terms are handled directly by the lender.
What is due upfront for a camp?
Most camp reservations use a $100 nonrefundable deposit to hold dates. In most cases 50% is due at check-in and the balance is due at pickup.
How does the loyalty program work?
You earn one point for every dollar you spend, plus 500 points for each friend you refer and a 500-point bonus on every fifth referral. Points redeem for account credit on a rising scale, from $2 at 100 points up to $375 at 7,500 points. The more you invest in your dog, the more you save later.
Are your prices higher than other Arizona dog trainers?
Compared to other professional, full-service training schools in Maricopa County, our pricing is competitive for what is included. You are paying for 28+ years and 70,000+ dogs of experience, two climate-controlled Arizona campuses, a 4.8-star rating across 2,000+ reviews, and programs that bundle private family lessons, DaySchool days, and group classes rather than board-and-train time alone.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellations are handled as store credit rather than cash refunds. With 48 hours of notice or more, you receive credit toward a future program, class, or service. Camp reservation deposits of $100 are nonrefundable because they block trainer time on the calendar.
