The best part about Dog Agility or dog jumping is the fact that you can have a blast, while training your dog! Dog jumping also reinforces your basic obedience and strengthens the bond between you and your pup. Agility includes tunnels, hoops, jumps, A-frames, and weave pole sets. Classes are structured to ensure all dogs are successful at learning and completing the agility obstacles.
Dog Agility trains dogs to master each of the exercises, and then combine them into a course of obstacles. If you and your dog are exhausted by the end of an agility class, you’re doing it right! However, you can learn, run and play at your own pace, so that you and your dog have the best possible experience. Almost any dog can learn to do agility.
Our Dog Agility instructors are experienced at training beginners, as well as at a competitive level if that is what you desire. They compete (and win) every week so there is a ton of opportunity to learn from the best, and maybe one day compete with your own dog out on the field. Of course, if you wish to simply have fun, there is no pressure to do more.
