All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we reship, replace, or refund in full. Training programs and memberships follow program-specific terms detailed in your confirmation email.

How long does shipping take?

Standard ships in 3-5 business days. Express in 1-2 business days. Local pickup is available at our Scottsdale and Cave Creek facilities (free).
