New Booking

Use the email address or mobile number we have on file for you. If you're not sure which contact info we have, give us a call at 480-595-6700 and we'll confirm it.
Click the Reset Password link on the portal login screen. You'll get an email with a secure link to set a new one. If the reset email doesn't arrive, check spam or contact us and we'll help.
Yes — once signed in, go to Account > Manage Profiles > Add Pet. You'll be prompted to upload current vaccine records and answer a few questions about your dog. New pets are reviewed before their first reservation.
Find your booking under Book > Bookings. For most changes you can request the update directly in the portal. For same-week changes, please call 480-595-6700 so we can confirm availability.
The portal accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover) and ACH bank transfers. You can save multiple methods on file and toggle auto-pay on or off at any time under Account > Payment Methods.
Sign in, open your pet's profile under Account > Manage Profiles, and tap Upload Vaccines. Snap a photo or upload a PDF from your vet — our team reviews and approves uploads within 1 business day. Expiring vaccines trigger an automatic reminder email.
Report cards arrive by email after each stay and are also archived under Bookings > Past Bookings in the portal. Each card includes photos, trainer or staff notes, and any behavior observations from that visit.
For program-specific questions (Foundation Camp, Behavior Camp, Private Lessons), the fastest path is to call 480-595-6700 or email info@partnersdogs.com and we'll route you directly to your trainer. In-portal messaging is on our roadmap.
Our parent portal is hosted by Gingr, our reservation and pet-care platform, to keep your booking history and payment details secure. Opening it in a new tab lets you switch back to the Partners Dogs site without losing your place.
