We focus on clean and comfortable rather than styled cuts, which keeps the whole visit calm and quick. Because the same handlers who train and play with your dog do the bath, even anxious dogs tend to settle faster than they would somewhere brand new. Book it on its own, or fold it into a boarding stay or DaySchool day so your dog comes home clean without a separate trip. New to Partners? Grooming is open to first-time dogs too, and a calm bath is an easy first introduction to the campus.

A familiar face. Your dog is met by a handler they already know from training or daycare, not a stranger in an unfamiliar shop, so the visit starts calm instead of tense.
The bath. We lather and rinse in warm water at a pace your dog can handle, watching their body language and easing off the moment something feels like too much.
Brush and dry. We hand-dry and brush the coat out fully, working through loose fur and tangles. No cage dryer, no heated box, no roar of machines crowding the dog.
Nails and ears. We finish with a careful nail trim and a gentle ear cleaning, the two steps dogs find fussiest, taken slowly and stopped if your dog needs a breather.
Back to their day. If grooming is part of a boarding or DaySchool visit, your dog goes right back to the people and routine they know, clean and done, with nothing left hanging over them.

Do you use cage dryers?
Never. We don't use cage dryers, which are a common source of stress and overheating at busy salons. Your dog is hand-dried and brushed out by a person, not left in a heated box.
Can anxious or senior dogs be groomed here?
Often more easily than elsewhere, because the building and the people are already familiar. For senior and special-needs dogs we slow the whole process down to their comfort and skip anything that rattles them.
Can I book grooming if my dog is new to Partners?
Yes. A bath or nail trim books on its own, no training program or membership required. Your dog gets the same calm handling our training and boarding dogs get, and if they end up loving the place, a DaySchool day or boarding stay is easy to add later.
When can I schedule a groom?
The office books grooming Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 2pm, and we are closed Sunday. Call 480-595-6700, or fold the bath into a boarding or DaySchool day you already have on the calendar.
Do you groom large dogs?
Yes, every size at the same price. A bath and brush is $50 whether you bring a Chihuahua or a Great Dane, so big and double-coated dogs never see a weight upcharge.
