Build the gift
Set any amount from $100 to $100,000, then personalize a certificate with a dog photo, a message, and your colors. Watch it build on the right, download or print it to give, and add it to the cart. The recipient gets a redeemable code they can use online or at either facility.

Never expire
Partners Dogs gift cards never expire. Use them in 2 weeks or 5 years, the balance stays exactly where you left it. No inactivity fees, no auto-deductions, no countdown clock.
Non-refundable, but transferable
Gift cards are non-refundable, but fully transferable. If your recipient changes their mind, they can transfer the card to anyone else, just email enroll@partnersdogs.com with the new recipient’s name and email.

Gift card FAQ
1. How do I redeem a gift card?
Show the gift card code at checkout (online or at the front desk in Scottsdale or Cave Creek). The balance is applied immediately.
2. Can I combine multiple gift cards?
Yes. You can stack as many gift cards as you have on a single order, just present each code at checkout.
3. Can I use just part of the balance?
Yes. Any unused balance stays on the card and can be applied to a future purchase. There’s no use-it-all-at-once rule.
4. I lost my gift card, can you reissue it?
Email enroll@partnersdogs.com with proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and we’ll reissue the card for the remaining balance.
5. Do you offer bulk or corporate gift cards?
Yes. For 10+ cards, contact us for volume discounts and bulk delivery options, great for client gifts, employee perks, and shelter partnerships. Request a quote.
6. Is there tax on a gift card purchase?
No. There’s no tax on the purchase of the card itself. Tax applies normally when the card is redeemed for taxable items (like retail products).
7. Can I send gift cards to multiple recipients in one order?
Each recipient needs their own gift card entry, just repeat the form above for each recipient. (Bulk corporate orders use a different intake, see question 5.)
8. When does a Partners Dogs gift card expire?
Never. There’s no expiration date, no inactivity fee, no countdown. Use it in 2 weeks or 5 years, the balance is yours.
