Dog Boarding · Scottsdale & Cave Creek
Boarding at the One Place Your Dog Won't Be Bored
Travel without the guilt: your dog gets daily exercise, real socialization, climate-controlled comfort, and the option to come home a little more trained than they left.
What makes Partners Dogs boarding different from a kennel?
Partners Dogs boarding is structured care, not a row of crates. Your dog gets daily exercise rotations, supervised socialization, and climate-controlled suites at our Scottsdale and Cave Creek facilities. Because we are a training school first, your dog is surrounded by the same team that trains thousands of dogs a year, so you can layer on DaySchool, a tune-up training session, treadmill conditioning, or grooming during the stay. You get periodic photos, videos, and report cards, and your dog comes home tired in the good way.
Family-owned since 1997. 70,000+ dogs trained. 4.8 stars across roughly 2,000 reviews. Two Arizona campuses, Scottsdale and Cave Creek.

WHY PARTNERS
Boarding Run by Dog Trainers, Not a Kennel
Health and safety first. Vaccinations verified for every dog, pet CPR training for all staff, and some of the strictest cleaning protocols in the valley.
Cleanliness you can trust. Enclosures are sanitized daily with hospital-grade, veterinary-rated cleaner, and equipment is cleaned every day.
Every breed, every temperament. We factor in personality, breed, age, and history to build a care plan for each guest, including reactive, fearful, and senior dogs.
Watched over around the clock. Low staff-to-dog ratios, daily feeding and medication logs, overnight on-site staff in Scottsdale, and an owner living on the Cave Creek property.
HOW IT WORKS
How Boarding Works
Prep and check-in. We verify Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper or Parvo vaccinations, and you complete your dog's profile in the Pet Parent Portal with feeding, medication, and emergency details. On arrival we confirm your pickup date and any add-on services.
During their stay. Your dog gets daily exercise and potty rotations, feeding and medication on their home schedule, and plenty of attention. You receive periodic report cards with photos, plus progress notes on any DaySchool, treadmill, or training you have added.
Check-out. We share a recap of the stay, return any food or medication you brought, and process payment. Want your dog sent home freshly bathed? Add a bath and brush to any reservation.
FOR DOGS IN TRAINING
Boarding That Keeps the Progress Going
- Training continues, grade by grade. If your dog is already in a program with us, boarding is not a pause. We keep the work moving for each grade level, and it stays in sync with their other programs so nothing slips while you are away.
- Daily pupdates. Every day you get a pupdate: what your dog did, the activities they joined, and what they worked on. Because pupdates feed our PD360 system, anything that needs more attention is added to their training plan automatically.
- PD360 is optional. You do not need PD360 to board with us. If your dog just needs a comfortable place to stay, that is exactly what they get. Want to add structured training? You are welcome to join anytime.

BEFORE DROP-OFF
What to Bring (and What to Leave at Home)
We provide raised Kuranda cots, clean bedding, and a curated set of safe-tested toys, so your dog will not go without. A few things to bring, and a few to leave home.
- Bring their food. Enough for the stay plus one extra day. We accommodate raw, kibble, and prescription diets at no extra cost.
- Bring medications. In original, clearly labeled containers with dosing instructions. We give oral and topical medications at no charge.
- Bring your vet's contact info. For routine questions or any emergency during the stay.
- Leave bedding, toys, and chews at home. Outside items often get lost or destroyed in a busy group setting, and we have plenty on hand.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you add training while my dog is boarding?
Yes. Boarding pairs with DaySchool, private training tune-ups, treadmill conditioning, and grooming, so your dog can make real progress during the stay instead of just waiting it out.
Do you send updates while my dog is boarding?
We share periodic photos, videos, and report cards so you can travel knowing how your dog is doing. Ask about cadence when you book.
Is boarding available at both locations?
Yes, both our Scottsdale and Cave Creek facilities board dogs, with side-by-side suites available for families boarding more than one dog.
Is the PD360 training system required to board?
No. PD360 is optional for boarding. If your dog just needs a comfortable place to stay, that is exactly what they get. If you would like to add structured training during the stay, you are welcome to join PD360 anytime.
Do Partners Dogs members get a boarding discount?
Yes. Members board at a discounted rate and can put their credits toward DaySchool, DayCamp, or other services during a stay, so travel days can double as progress days.
Will my dog's training continue while they board?
If your dog is already in a program with us, yes. We keep the work moving for each grade level, and it stays in sync with their other programs so nothing slips while you are away.
What is a pupdate?
A pupdate is a daily note on your dog's day: the activities they joined and what they worked on. Because pupdates feed our PD360 system, anything that needs more attention is added to their training plan automatically.
