Enrollment
Getting Started Is Simpler Than You Think
Whether you already know which program you want or you need help choosing, we walk you through every step: first call, assessment, paperwork, and your dog's first day.
How does enrollment at Partners Dog School work?
Enrolling your dog at Partners Dog School follows four simple steps: a free call or quiz to find the right program, a PD360 assessment, paperwork and vaccine records, then your dog's first day. We start by understanding your dog and your goals so we match you to the right program the first time, not the most expensive one. From there we confirm scheduling at your chosen campus, verify current rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella records, and prep you for day one. The whole process is built to be low-friction, so the hardest part really is just reaching out.

The Whole Process, Start to First Day
Getting started takes four simple steps: a free quiz or call to find the right program, a PD360 assessment when your dog needs one, choosing your program, then paperwork, vaccine records, and your dog's first day. Most families go from first contact to a confirmed start in about a week. Read each step below so there are no surprises.
- 1. Find the right program. A two-minute quiz or a free call so we match your dog to the right path the first time, not the most expensive one. Take the quiz
- 2. PD360 assessment when needed. For reactivity, anxiety, guarding, or a bite history, a senior trainer meets your dog in person and builds the plan. See the assessment
- 3. Choose your program. Board-and-train, day options, classes, or private lessons, scoped to your dog and your schedule at the campus you pick. Build your program
- 4. Paperwork and first day. A short intake form, current vaccine records, your deposit, then a quick check-in on day one. Schedule a call
Family-owned since 1997. 70,000+ dogs trained. 4.8 stars across roughly 2,000 reviews. Two Arizona campuses, Scottsdale and Cave Creek.

HOW IT WORKS
What Happens at Each Step
Step 1. Quiz or free call. Not sure which program fits? The online quiz takes about two minutes and gives you a recommendation based on your dog's age, behavior, and your goals. Prefer to talk it through? Book a free call and we will listen first, then point you in the right direction.
Step 2. PD360 assessment, if your dog needs it. For behavior challenges like reactivity, aggression, anxiety, or a bite history, we start with an in-person PD360 assessment at one of our campuses. A senior trainer spends time with your dog to understand what is going on and build a custom plan. Not every dog needs this step, but for behavior cases it is essential.
Step 3. Choose your program. Based on your quiz results, your call, or your assessment, we recommend the program that fits your dog and your family's schedule, whether that is DaySchool, a board-and-train camp, group classes, or private lessons. You decide which campus and start date work for you.
Step 4. Check in and begin. Once your program and start date are set, you complete a short intake form, provide vaccination records, and pay your enrollment deposit. On day one you do a quick check-in with your dog's trainer and the work begins. We keep you updated through the Pet Parent Portal.
BEFORE DAY ONE
What You Will Need to Get Started
There is not much to it. Have these ready and your first day goes smoothly.
- A chosen program, or a quick quiz to help you pick one.
- A completed intake form, which we send once your start date is set.
- Current vaccination records: rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. We verify these before your dog's first day.
- Your enrollment deposit to hold your start date.
If you are not sure your records are current, send what you have and our team will tell you exactly what is missing before you commit.
WHAT THE FIRST DAY FEELS LIKE
A Familiar Team, Ready for Your Dog
The hardest part really is just reaching out. By the time you arrive, your dog's trainer already knows the plan, your paperwork is done, and check-in takes a few minutes. You hand off your dog to the same team that will handle their training, and on most days their daycare, boarding, and grooming too.
You will not wonder how it is going. We keep you updated through the Pet Parent Portal so you can see progress between sessions, and you can always call us with a question.
WHY WE MATCH FIRST
The Right Program the First Time
We start by understanding your dog and your goals so we can match you to the program that actually fits, not the most expensive one. A calm puppy who never settles needs a different path than a rescue with a bite history, and putting either in the wrong program wastes your time and money.
That is what the quiz, the free call, and the PD360 assessment are for. A senior trainer scopes your dog, sets a baseline, and confirms the format, length, and price before you commit. You start with a plan, not a guess.
