Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST ship the same business day; everything else within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

Shipping days

Monday–Friday, excluding major US holidays.

Free shipping

Free on orders over $75 (per order, per address).

Delivery estimate

Transit times are estimates; weather, holidays, and carrier volume may add 1–2 days during peak periods.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided on every order.

Packaging

Every order is cushioned, protected, and sealed to travel well.

Delayed delivery

If it’s 3+ business days past the estimated window, contact us and we’ll investigate.

30 days from delivery for a full refund.

Condition

Item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refund time

Issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Available — same process as a return.

Damaged or wrong item

Full refund plus a free replacement, and we cover return shipping. Email within 48 hours with a photo.

Lost in transit

No tracking movement for 7+ business days → free reship or full refund.
