Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) MST ship the same business day; all other orders ship the next business day (Mon–Fri).

All sales are final. Most items are training equipment selected and set up for your dog, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Damaged in transit

Email support@partnersdogs.com a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We reship or replace at no charge.

Lost in transit

No tracking movement for 7+ business days? We file the carrier claim and reship your order or refund in full.

Wrong or defective item

We make it right with a free replacement at no charge to you.

Extenuating circumstances

A major sizing or product issue? Our support team reviews these case by case and can approve a refund or exchange when it is truly needed.

What is the PD360 Assessment?

It's an in-person, full-day evaluation where a senior trainer reads your dog across nine dimensions, behavior, temperament, learning style, and more, then builds a personalized program recommendation with a realistic timeline.

How long does it take?

It's a full assessment day. Drop-off is 9 to 10am and the pickup walkthrough runs 2 to 4pm, with 4-plus hours of hands-on evaluation in between.

Does the fee go toward training?

Yes. The $199 fee (or $149 for a second dog) is applied as store credit on your account when you enroll, good toward any camp, class, or service.

Is the PD360 Assessment required?

It's required before Behavior Camp and Transform Camp, and it's the recommended first step for any family unsure which program fits their dog.
