    Common questions

    Questions about this product

    What happens during the session?
You check in, we pair you with a trainer, and your dog is conditioned to the scent, sound, and sight of a live Diamondback rattlesnake in a controlled habitat using a small e-collar stim timed by an experienced instructor.
    How long does it take?
About 15 to 20 minutes, at either our Scottsdale or Cave Creek campus.
    Is it safe?
Yes. It uses live rattlesnakes in a controlled setting with an instructor who has at least two years of training experience, and you get a plain-language debrief afterward on how your dog performed.
Will my dog need a refresher?
Most dogs benefit from a refresher once or twice a year to keep the avoidance response sharp, especially before hiking season.
