Damaged in transit

Email support@partnersdogs.com a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We reship or replace at no charge.

Lost in transit

No tracking movement for 7+ business days? We file the carrier claim and reship your order or refund in full.

Wrong or defective item

We make it right with a free replacement at no charge to you.

A major sizing or product issue? Our support team reviews these case by case and can approve a refund or exchange when it is truly needed.
