Start mid-month and you pay only for the days left in that month, with your first month’s credits prorated to match.

    Choose your plan

Pick Partners Plus, Premium or Platinum below, or switch to Build your own to pick credits program by program. Credit quantities are per month, and every number here is pulled live from our rate card. Your final plan and the membership agreement, where one applies, are confirmed again on the next page before anything is billed.

    Before you build

A few things to know before you build a plan

Membership credits are issued on your Billing Date each month and each month’s credits are good for 180 days from that date, so a new 180 days starts every month you are a member. Package credits are good for 90 days from purchase.

That is the part most people read wrong: a membership does not hand you one 180-day clock. Every renewal starts another one, including the renewals after your first 12 months are complete, so days from a quiet month are still there to combine with newer ones as long as it has been under 180 days since they were added.

Yes. Every quantity in the builder is per month, and each row shows you what that works out to as a weekly average and across a year while you are choosing. Coming in two to three times a week is roughly 9 to 13 days a month.

A one-time package is the exception, and it says so: those credits are the whole purchase rather than a monthly allowance.

Billing is anchored to the 1st. If you start mid-month you pay only for the days left in that month, and your first month’s credits are prorated to match, rounded in your favor. Your full monthly credits arrive on the 1st and every 1st after that.

Some months you might use every day your plan includes, and some months fewer. A lighter month costs you nothing: each month’s credits get their own 180-day clock starting the day they are issued, not one shared clock, so unused days or nights from earlier months are still there to combine with newer ones.

A day beyond what your plan already includes for that month is billed at your member rate, the same discount you get on boarding, grooming and lessons. Select each plan size above to see its own per-day rate and its own extra-day member rate side by side. A plan with a few billed extra days in a busy month is often cheaper than moving up a full size, so compare the actual numbers rather than the day count alone.

Your plan buys two separate things, and the builder shows them as two separate blocks. The first is the credits themselves, at the discount that program already carries. The second is your member discount on everything else you buy while your membership is active and paid in good standing, every month, for as long as you are a member.

The second block is the one people underestimate. It is not a sign-up sweetener that lapses; it is the rate you pay on boarding, grooming, lessons and any day beyond your plan for the whole time you are with us. Type what you spend outside your plan in a year and the panel shows you what that discount is worth against your own number rather than ours.

Partners Plus, Premium and Platinum are built around DaySchool or DayCamp days. If your dog mainly boards a few times a year, switch to Build your own, choose One-time package rather than Monthly membership, and add the Boarding (luxury suite) nights for your next trip or two.

A package’s nights all expire together on one 90-day clock, so size a package to the trips right in front of you rather than a full year and add another one closer to the next trip. A package carries no 12-month term and no agreement to sign, and it carries no recurring member discount either. If you would rather have the ongoing discount on everything else you buy, build a monthly boarding plan instead.

You do not have to start with a membership. A PD360 assessment or a single private lesson tells us what your dog actually needs first, and the assessment fee is applied as store credit when you enroll. If a plan makes sense after that, Build your own lets you start with only the credits you know you will use, and a one-time package carries no 12-month term at all.

A plan is a separate purchase and it starts fresh. What you paid for a camp, including a PD360 assessment fee that was applied toward it, is already spent on that program, so none of it converts into credits here.

What a plan buys you next is the repetition that holds the work: regular days with the same team on the same floor, at the rate your plan buys rather than the published day rate, instead of a gap after graduation. Ask your trainer how often your dog needs to come in from here, then size the plan around that number rather than around the camp you just finished.

A Partners membership runs an initial 12-month term, billed monthly, and then continues month to month. If what you actually use changes, for example moving from private lessons to more DaySchool days, you request a plan change from your portal and your term keeps running with no fee for the change itself. Only ending the membership entirely carries a fee, and leaving before the term ends costs 25 percent of what remains, calculated on the monthly plan price your agreement was written at.

Once your 12 months are complete, see the Membership Agreement for how to cancel. The agreement is shown in full before you pay and it governs, so read that section rather than this summary. A payment more than 10 days late may suspend access until it is brought current, though your credits are never forfeited for a late payment.

At both campuses. A Partners membership works at Scottsdale and at Cave Creek, so there is nothing to choose here and nothing that ties your credits to one building.

Nothing is charged on this page or the next one until you reach HubSpot’s secure payment step. Questions before you build? Reach the school through the Contact link in the menu and we will build it with you.
