Before you sign, here is what this agreement says in plain language. The full legal text is below and this signature covers that text, not this summary.
- Your membership runs an initial 12-month term, then continues month to month.
- You are billed monthly, on the 1st of the month (your Billing Date).
- A new set of credits is added on your Billing Date every month, and each month's credits are good for 180 days from that date. It is not one shared clock: a new 180 days starts every month you are a member, including every renewal after your first 12 months.
- Once started, a membership cannot be paused.
- Leaving before the 12-month term ends costs 25 percent of what remains, calculated on your plan's undiscounted price.
- After your 12th monthly renewal, the plan continues month to month. How to end it from that point is set out in the agreement text below, which governs.
