Alumni Network
Once a Partners Dog, Always a Partners Dog
Training is not a finish line, it is a foundation. Alumni families keep the calm going with discounted classes, a free annual check-in, refresher sessions, and a community of Arizona dog people who get it.
What do Partners Dogs alumni get?
Every family whose dog completes a Partners program automatically joins the Alumni Network, a lifetime membership built to keep training fresh. Graduates get a standing discount on group classes, one free 30 minute behavior check-in each year, reduced-rate refresher private lessons, priority boarding and DaySchool during the holidays, quarterly alumni events, and a trainer-moderated community. Across 28-plus years more than 70,000 dogs have come through our doors, and the relationship does not end at graduation day. That is when the long game begins.
The pack for life
Graduation day is not the goodbye. It is the beginning.
Your dog learned to settle, to listen, to walk through the world like they belong in it. That work does not end when the program does. The relationship with the team who knows your dog by name keeps going, and so does the support.
Every family whose dog finishes a Partners program automatically becomes part of the Alumni Network. Same familiar trainers, same campuses, a standing place to come back to whenever life changes on your dog. Over 28 years more than 70,000 dogs have come through our doors, and the families who stay close are the ones who keep the calm they earned.

Why it works
Trained once, supported for life
Behavior is not a one-time fix. Dogs change as they age, as your household changes, as a rescue settles in or a puppy grows up. The families who hold their results are the ones who have somewhere to turn when something shifts, before a small wobble becomes a real problem.
That is the whole point of staying in the pack. The same balanced, dog-by-dog approach that got your dog here is a phone call away, run by the trainers who already know your dog's story. No re-explaining, no starting over, just a quick reset and back to the calm you built.
Your next chapter
Most alumni come back. Here is where to start.
- New puppy Start them right with socialization, foundation manners, and the survival skills that make the next twelve years easier.
- Adopted a rescue Built for adult dogs with histories, fear, reactivity, resource guarding. Your alumni rate applies.
- Same dog, new behavior Book a refresher at the alumni rate. Most drifts are fixable in one or two sessions when caught early.
- Keep the skills sharp Weekly group classes for real-world practice in a social setting, at your alumni discount.
- Stay in the routine DaySchool keeps your dog's structure and enrichment going between programs, with priority access for alumni.
- Not sure what is next A comprehensive 60-variable PD360 assessment points you to the right path for where your dog is today.
Why families stay
A pack worth belonging to
- Family-owned since 1997. Twenty-eight-plus years, two Arizona campuses, the same family on the property in Cave Creek.
- 70,000-plus dogs trained. The largest training program in the Southwest, and the relationships outlast the programs.
- Around 2,000 five-star reviews. Graduate families who keep coming back tell the story better than we can. Read their words
- One familiar team. The same trainers handle training, daycare, boarding, and grooming, so your dog is always in known hands.
