What you are signing up for

When you give us your mobile number and opt in, Partners Dog Training School may text you about:

Your dog's program: updates, scheduling, and go-home details
Appointment and pickup reminders
A request for a review after your program finishes
Our referral program
Occasional offers and news

How do I opt in?

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, by texting us first, or by telling a team member you want text updates and confirming it in writing.

We do not add you to SMS just because we have your number. Giving us a phone number for a callback is not consent to marketing texts.

Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can enroll your dog, use every program, and shop with us without ever agreeing to a text message.

How many texts will I get?

Message frequency varies. It depends on your dog's program and what you opted into. Most clients get a handful of messages around an active program and very few otherwise.

Does it cost anything?

We do not charge for our texts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your plan.

How do I stop the texts?

Reply with any of these words to any message from us:

STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT

Any one of them works. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then we stop.

We honor a request to stop however you send it, not only by keyword, and we process it within 10 business days. In practice it is immediate.

If you opt out and later want back in, just text START or ask us.

Which carriers are supported?

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.

No. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, or text message content with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Your number is handled by the vendors that run our messaging and CRM on our behalf. They act as our service providers and may use your number only to deliver our messages. That is the entire scope.

Mobile opt-in data is never shared with anyone for any purpose other than delivering the messages you asked for.

This is a commitment we take seriously, and carriers require us to state it plainly.

Is my dog's information in these texts?

We keep it minimal. Texts may reference your dog by name and reference your program. We do not send payment details, and we do not send sensitive information by text.

How we handle your information generally, including your number, is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Some of our messages are drafted or personalized by AI. See our AI and Automated Communications Disclosure.

Age

You must be 18 or older to opt in.

Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did.
