Prada had spent nearly all of her life at home with her parents, every day of the week. She was affectionate and high energy, and she had very little practice at anything else.
Her family asked for three things: get her comfortable around other dogs, take the heat out of her reaction to delivery drivers, and get her greetings under control.
The program
Prada's Foundation Camp
Prada spent three straight weeks in Foundation Camp with trainers Chase and Kal. The first stretch went to calm focus, which is what everything else is built on, and to learning who she actually was before shaping anything.
After that the team worked each of her family's three concerns under real distraction, so calm greetings became a habit rather than a one-time performance.

Where Prada Ended Up
Prada came out of camp more social with other dogs, steadier at the door, and greeting people with four paws on the floor.
Her family got the affectionate dog they already had, now able to meet the world without going over the top.
