    About Chase

Hi, I'm Chase, and I am the Team Success Manager at Partners Dog Training in Scottsdale. I have been part of the Partners team for more than five years, and I have worked with dogs for eleven years altogether. I started at a daycare and boarding facility as an animal care tech and worked my way up to day manager, then joined Partners in daycare and animal care before moving into training.

Animals have been my passion since I was a kid, and Partners is where that turned into a career I love. I am drawn to the toughest behavior cases, the dogs that need severe rehabilitation, because there is nothing like watching a dog that used to be a bite risk become one the whole family can trust. My goal is to help owners build a better relationship and a clearer understanding with their dog, and to lay the foundation they need to keep succeeding long after our work together is done.

    Training Philosophy

I train with a balanced, personalized approach and adjust to the dog in front of me depending on where we are with a behavior. That means Teaching a new concept clearly, Reinforcing it until it is consistent, Proofing it under real distractions, and building Maintenance so it holds up in everyday life. With the reactive and aggressive cases I love most, this structure is what turns tension into trust. I want the dog to feel understood and the owner to feel in control, so a walk, a doorbell, or a visitor stops being a problem and starts feeling normal.

    Ideal Client & Goals

My ideal client is the motivated one, the pet parent who wants the best for their dog and understands that training is not a one-sided journey. I love watching clients and their dogs grow together, especially through severe rehabilitation and the toughest reactivity cases. When someone truly puts in the work, that progress is what makes me proudest.

    Experience

I have spent about eleven years working with dogs, the last five-plus of them at Partners. I started at a daycare and boarding facility for dogs and cats as an animal care tech and grew into a day manager role. At Partners I began in daycare and animal care, and I now serve as a Senior Instructor at our Scottsdale (Shea) location while leading team success. Along the way I have focused on the toughest behavior cases, especially severe rehabilitation and reactivity, where structure and clear communication turn a bite risk into a trustworthy companion.

Favorite moment: My favorite moments come with the dogs who need severe rehabilitation, the ones who are a bite risk in the first few days. Watching them go from foe to friend and finally trust their owner again is what I show up for.
