    About Christopher

Hi, I'm Christopher, and I oversee operations at both of our Partners locations in Scottsdale and Cave Creek. I've been with Partners for more than a decade, and in that time I've watched thousands of dogs and their families build the kind of relationship that makes life at home calm, easy, and genuinely fun.

My focus is on the people behind the training as much as the dogs. I lead our team so that every family who walks through our doors leaves with the tools, the confidence, and the daily habits to keep their dog progressing long after the program ends. When training becomes part of ordinary life, everything else gets easier.

My goal is to inspire every family to make training a daily part of life with their dog.

    Training Philosophy

I believe good training is personalized, not one-size-fits-all. At Partners we use balanced training and meet each dog where they are, moving through four clear stages: Teaching a new behavior, Reinforcing it for consistency, Proofing it under real distractions, and Maintenance so it holds for life. High-energy dogs especially need that structure. When a family understands the why behind each step, the results stick, and the dog becomes one that fits normal life instead of complicating it.

    Ideal Client & Goals

I love working with high-energy dogs that need structure and solid foundational manners, and with owners who are committed to their dog's success. The families I connect with most want to be hands-on and stay involved. My goal is always the same: give you the tools and the knowledge to maintain your dog's training and keep moving it forward on your own.

    Experience

Over more than a decade at Partners I've worked with well over 10,000 dogs across behavior modification, confidence building, aversion training, protection, and competition agility and obedience. That range shapes how I lead our team and how I help families see what is possible for their own dog.

Favorite moment: The moment I love most is when a family realizes training has stopped feeling like work and simply become part of their daily life with their dog.
