About Alessandra

Growing up, dogs have always been part of my life. They were my best friends, and even though they cannot speak, they have shown me over and over what unconditional love looks like. Watching Partners from the outside let me see the impact this place has on people and the bond it builds between dogs and their families, and once I started working here myself that connection only grew stronger.

I work on the animal care team at our Scottsdale campus, where I spend my days with dogs enrolled in DaySchool, Boarding, and Grooming. I get to watch dogs gain confidence, build trust, and know they are truly safe in my hands, whether we are working on a new trick or just settling in for the day.

Training Philosophy

I believe confidence and trust come first. When a dog feels safe with me, whether we are practicing socialization, working on a new trick, or just going through the day at DaySchool, they relax into learning instead of just getting through it. I want every dog in my care to leave more confident than they arrived, and every owner to know their dog was genuinely looked after, not just watched.

Ideal Client & Goals

My ideal client is someone who truly cares about their dog and is committed to understanding them better. They know training is about communication, trust, and building a stronger bond, and they are willing to put in the work alongside their dog to create lasting change.

Experience

I have spent two years with Partners Dog Training and two years working with dogs overall, caring for dogs enrolled in DaySchool, Boarding, and Grooming at our Scottsdale campus. Along the way I have focused on building confidence and comfort with the dogs in my care, including teaching fun skills like skateboarding.

Favorite moment: My favorite training moment is teaching tricks, like how to skateboard.
